How to apply for the 5 Year Indian Visa?

Applicants who are not applicable for the online 5 Year Indian e-Tourist Visa, can apply for the visa offline, by following the steps given below:

  • Type in and fill up the Indian Visa Application Form with all the required details. Please note that handwritten forms are not allowed.
  • An Application ID will automatically be generated after the applicant submits the Application form. Make sure to keep this ID as it might be required for further communications.
  • Pay for your Indian Visa Application Form.
  • After receiving the application form, take a print out of the form and sign it.

Please note that eVisa is received by email, and hence there is no requirement to A) Send Passport B) Visit Consulate C) Courier Passport or even get a physical stamp on the passport. eVisa will be received by email and one can go to the airport after receipt.
